Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange.
• Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges, except for defective or incorrect items.

How to Return:

1. Contact our support team at support@solyespiritu.com to request a return authorization.
2. Package the item securely and include the order number.
3. Ship to the provided return address within 30 days.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report issues.
